LEMON GRASS JELLY


LEMON GRASS JELLY


6 stalk lemon grass,smashed.

1 litre water

1 tbsp jelly powder

Sugar to your taste


1. Bring water,sugar and lemon grass to boil. Lower the heat
and let it simmer until the jelly is dissolve.

2. Let it cool a bit before pouring into glass or any mould. Let it chill in the fridge before serving.
