SARDINE FRIED RICE



SARDIN FRIED RICE


1 kg cooked rice,i use basmathi rice

1 big tin Sardin,I fried the fish  then break into small pieces. You don't have to fry if you want just break the fish into small pieces. Save the sos.

250 gm mix vegetable

3-4 eggs,fried and scramble

4 tbsp oil

(A)

2 tbsp tomato sauce

Sardin sos

1 tbsp chili powder,or to your taste. I add more and it was very hot. and that why my rice look very red.

1 tbsp sedap powder,if you have

Salt to your taste

Blend

1 big onion

4 garlic


1. Heat the oil use a non stick pan and add in the blend ingredient and fry until fragrant.

2. Add in A and mix well and check the taste. when the oil rise add in the rice,fish and vegetable stir well. Add in a little water if the rice is too dry. And fry till it is dry and cooked add in the eggs and stir well. Serve
.
