LONG BEAN AND MEALMAKER
40 gm mealmaker,soaked and sliced
1/2 cup water,if you like to cooked your long beans soft add more. I like mine 1/2 cooked.
1 tsp cumis powder or seeds
1 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp sugar
For tempering
1 fresh red chili,sliced
1 small onion,sliced
2 garlic,chopped
1 stalk kari leaves
1 fresh red chili,sliced
1 small onion,sliced
2 garlic,chopped
1 stalk kari leaves
1-2 tbsp oil
1. Heat the oil and add the tempering ingredients and fry until the onion turn light brown.
2. Add in the rest of the ingredients and cook until the long bean are tender. and the water dries up.
