SUPER MOIST CHOCOLATE CAKE



EGGLESS MOIST CHOCOLATE


120 gm super fine flour*

1 tsp double action baking powder*

1/2 tsp baking soda*

40 gm cocoa powder*

Sift together *

140 gm brown sugar

2 tbsp milk powder

1 tsp vanilla

1/2 cup melted butter or corn oil

11/4 cup very cold water from the fridge

A pinch of salt

1 tsp of white vinegar

Line and grease a round 15cm cake tin

Heat oven to 160c.

1. Mix the sifted ingredients in a big bowl and add in the sugar,milk powder and salt.

2. Mix well the dry ingredients. Add in the oil or butter,vanilla and the cold water.

3. Mix using a whisk until well blend don't over mix. Make sure there is no lumps in the batter.

4. Add in the vinegar and mix well. Pour in the prepared tin and bake for 40 mins or until done. Let the cake cool before adding the topping.

For the topping

1/2 cup condensed milk

1/2 cup cocoa powder

1 tbsp water

1/2 tbsp butter

Cook this using the double boiling method until well mix and a little thick. Pour on the cake.Decorate as you like.

    my daughter sure will like it, coz no eggs added. she's allergic to egg.
