CARROT MASALA


CARROT MASALA

300 gm carrot,cut into cubes and boil with
a little water until cooked. save the water.

1 tbsp curry powder

1 tsp garam masala

1/2 tomato,chopped

Salt to taste

For tempering

1 big onion,finely sliced

2 stalk kari leaves

1 tsp mustard seeds

2 tbsp oil

1.Heat the oil and add in the mustard seeds,onions and kari leaves.

2. When the onion turn brown,add in the chopped tomato and stir well.

3. Add in the curry powder and garam masala. Add in a little of the carrot water and fry
until the oil rise.

4. Add in the carrot and salt mix well and fry until dry.
