EGGLESS ACHI MURUKU

½ cup rice flour

½ cup corn flour

¼ cup plain flour

¼ cup sugar,(1/2 cup if you like it very sweet)

1 cup coconut milk, may need more

A pinch salt

Mix all to gather and strain.  Heat the oil and dip the muruku mould in the batter and fry.
