ONION CURRY
3 tbsp oil
200 gm small onion
10 small garlic
1 tsp mustard seeds*
1/2 tsp peper*
1/2 tsp fenugreek seeds*
Kari leaves
1 tbsp chilie powder
1 1/2 tbsp coriander powder
1 tbsp sambar powder
1/4 tbsp turmeric powder
1 tsp salt
1 tomato, puree
50 gm tamarind
2 cup water
1. Heat the oil and add in the * and fry. Then add in the onion and garlic mix well and fry till the onion is a bit cooked.
2. Add in the kari leaves and mix well. Add in all the powders and mix well. Then add in the tamarind juice and let it cooked till the oil rise
