FRIED KAI LAN WITH CHICKEN
200gm kai lan,sliced
100gm chicken,sliced
1 big onion,sliced
2 garlic,chopped
2cm ginger,chopped
1 red cilli,sliced
2 tbsp oil
2 tbsp oyster sauce
Salt and sugar to taste
A little water
1. Heat the oil and add in the onion,cilli,garlic and ginger and fry until fragrant.
2. Add in the chicken,sauce,sugar,salt and water. Stir fry until the chicken is cook. add more water if needed.
3. Add the kai lan and stir fry until 1/2 cook. Remove and serve hot with rice.
