chicken,cut into small pieces
3 tbsp
chilie powder
1 tbsp
pepper powder
2 tbsp
coriander powder
1 tsp cumin
powder
½ tsp
turmeric powder
1 tsp garam
masala powder
2 tbsp lime
juice
100 gm yogurt
2 tbsp
ginger garlic paste
1 tbsp sugar
Salt to
taste
2 tbsp corn
flour
Red food
color,I did’t use
Lime and
onion for garnishing
1.
Marinate
chicken with all the ingredients expect the cornflour. Mix well and keep in the
fridge overnight.
2.
Mix
the corn flour with marinate chicken and mix well.
3.
Heat
oil and deep fry till brown and cooked,drain and in the kitchen tissue paper.
4.
Serve
with the lime and onion.
