CEMPEDAK WALNUT CAKE




Cempedak fruit
 Sieve to-gather

250gm plain flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp bicarbonate of soda

250gm caster sugar
250gm butter
4 eggs

Mix together and blend

200gm cempedak pulps
2 tbsp milk powder
2 tbsp water

50gm walnut,chopped finely

1. Using electric beaters,beat butter and sugar until light and creamy. Add eggs one y one beating thoroughly after each addition.
2. Add the cempedak mixture and walnut and beat until combined. Using a spoon stir in the sifted flour. Pour into a prepared tin 20cm or 22cm and baked in a preheated oven 180c for one hour or till the cake is done.
