FRENCH BEANS WITH EGGS



500gm french beans,sliced
3 eggs,beaten
Salt to taste
A pinch of sugar
90-100ml water
(A)
1 big onion,finely sliced
2 green or red chilli,sliced
1 stalk kari leafs
1 tsp cumins
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
21/2 tbsp oil
1. Heat oil and add A fry till the onion turn light brown. Add in the salt,sugar and the beans.
2. Add water and stir fry till the water dry up. Add the beaten eggs and stir fry  till the eggs are cooked. remove from the heat.
