CABBAGE FRIED WITH FUCUK

CABBAGE FRIED WITH FUCUK


200gm cabbage,cut into pieces

100 gm carrot,remove skin and sliced thinly.

2 pieces fucuk (soy skin) cut into squares and fried till brown and  soaked in water.Remove and drain.

50gm glass noodle,soaked in water to soften

2 tbsp oil

1 tsp garlic paste

1 tsp ginger paste

2 tbsp vegetarian oysters sauce

1 tsp soy sauce

1/2 cup water

Salt and sugar to taste.

1. Heat the oil and add the paste and fry until fragrant.

2. Add the sauce,water,salt and sugar mix well when the water is boiling add in the glass noodles.

3. And stir fry until the water is reduces. Add in the cabbage and fucuk and fry until dry

Note:Don't have to add any chillies I just add to garnish.
