BITTERGOURD FRIED WITH CHICKEN

BITTERGOURD FRIED WITH CHICKEN


350gm bittergourd,sliced thinly
150gm chicken,sliced
(A)
2-3 tbsp oil
1 big onion,sliced
4 clove garlic chopped finely
2cm ginger chopped finely
1 red cilli,sliced. optional

1-2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp sugar
Salt and black pepper powder to taste
1/3 cup water

1. Heat oil and fry A until fragrant,add the chicken and stir fry until the chicken turn white.
2. Add in the bittergourd and the rest of the ingredients. Stir well and let it simmer, when the water dries up a bit remove from the heat and serve with rice (don't overcook the bittergourd)
