KUIH TALAM JADE

KUIH TALAM JADE


White layer (A)

75gm green pea flour

70gm sugar

500ml thick coconut milk

A pinch of bicarbonate of soda

A pinch of salt

Green layer (B)

50gm green pea flour

100gm sugar

21/2 cup pandan juice,mix with a little green colouring

A pinch of bicarbonate

1. Use 2 pan in 1 pan  add A and in another pan add B. Cook separately at the same time (you may need another person to help you) cook stirring all the time continuously until it became thick.

2. When the batter becomes thick pour the green batter alternately with the white batter in a 18cm tray. Let it cool before cutting.
