PINEAPPLE KERABU

PINEAPPLE KERABU


250gm pineapple,shredded

30gm carrot,shredded

30gm lobak putih,shredded

200gm prawns,boil and remove the skin

1 big onion,finely sliced

1 red chili,finely sliced

1 green chili,finely sliced

1/2 bunga kantan,shredded,finely

Enough ground peanuts

Enough kersik

Sambal belacan to taste

Lime juice to taste

Salt and sugar to taste

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well and serve.
