POTTU KADALAI GHEE BALL
3 cups pottu kadalai,slightly roasted.
2 cups sugar,or to your taste
2 pinch of salt
1 cup ghee,may be slightly more
10 cardamon seeds
Cashwenuts,chopped
Raisin,chopped
1. Fry the cashwenut and raisins in a bit of ghee and keep a side.
2. Blend the pottu kadalai into powder.Next blend the sugar and cardamon seeds together.
3. Mix all the powder ingredients to gather in bowl.With the cashwenuts and raisin
4. Warm the ghee until melted and slowly add to the mixture little by little. keep stirring until it reaches a crumbly texture.
5. You should be able to make small ball. Make into small ball.
