ATTA FLOUR PUTTU



ATTA FLOUR PUTTU

250 gm atta flour,fry roast until fragrant and hot,remove from the heat and cool.

100 gm freshly grated coconut

Water and salt to taste

1. Sprinkle salted water little by little and rub with your finger to make into a moist breadcrumbs (not very moist) make sure that it is fine.

2. Line a steamer with muslin cloth and pour in the mix flour and steam for 10 mints or until hot.

3. Remove the hot flour and let it cool. Then sprinkle again with water with salt. Mix well and steam again in puttu steamer. Serve hot with coconut and sugar. Or you can eat it with any curry you like.
