500 gm finely grated tapioca,you can blend with very little water into not very fine or not very coarsely.The batter must not be watery.

11/2 cup grated coconut

2 tbsp ghee

2 eggs

Sugar to your taste

½  tsp salt

Some ghee fry frying

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Heat a flat pan and grease it with a little ghee. Take 2-3 tbsp of the batter and put on the hot pan and press with your hand to make into a round pancake. Add a little more ghee and fry till cooked both side.
