STEAM CONDENSED MILK CAKE
250 gm butter
1 cup caster sugar
6 eggs
1 tsp vanilla essence
3 cup self raising flour
1 cup condensed milk
1/2 cup water
1. Heat a steamer and grease a 23 cm cake with line the base with a plastic papper
2. Mix the condensed milk and water and keep a side.
3. Cream the butter and the sugar till light add the egg one by one and beat well.
4. Fold in the flour and milk alternately until well mix. Add in the vanilla. pour the batter in the prepared tin and cover the tin with aluminium fold steam for 1 hour or till cooked over rapidly boiling water.
Note: Don't open the until 1 hour to check the cake. If the cake is not cooked steam until cooked.
