TOFU,ANCHOVIES AND MUSTARD GREEN

TOFU,ANCHOVIES AND MUSTARD GREEN

200gm mustard green (sawi) cut.
150gm tofu,cut into cubes
10gm anchovies
2 tbsp oysters sauce
2 cup water
Salt to taste
For tempering
2 tbsp oil
1 big onion,sliced
2 garlic,chopped
1 red cilli,sliced

1. Heat the oil and add in the onion,red cilli and garlic. Sauteed until fragrant.
2. Add in the mustard green,anchovies,tofu and water stir well and let it boil. Add salt to your taste and serve hot with rice.
