WAX APPLE SALAD

WAX APPLE SALAD

500gm wax apple(the sour type)cut into small pieces.
250gm prawns,boil,remove skin,cut
1 big onion,sliced finely
1-2 red cillis,sliced
Coriander leafs,if you like
For the sauce
1 cup mayonnaise,or more
1/3 cup cilli sauce
1/3 cup peanuts coarsely grounded
Lime juice,salt and sugar to taste

1. Mix all the sauce ingredients and adjust the taste.
2. Mix with the wax apple and prawn and serve.
