FISH SAMBAL WITH SOY SAUCE

FISH SAMBAL WITH SOY SAUCE


4-5 mackerel or any fish you like,clean cut and rub with a little salt and turmeric powder and fry until light brown.

2  tomatoes,cut into wedages

2 big onions,sliced

2 red or green chilis,sliced

1/2 cup water

2 tbsp oyster sauce

1 tbsp thick sweet soy sauce

Salt if needed

Grind to paste

10 dried chili,remove seeds and soaked

4 shallots

2 garlic

1cm ginger

1. Heat oil and add in the grind paste and fry until the oil rise.

2. Add in the water,big onion,chilis,oyster sauce,thick soy sauce and salt if needed.

3. Let it boil,when the water reduce a bit add in the fish and stir well. Cook until the gravy is thick. Remove and serve.
