FRIED LADIES FINGER
350gm ladies finger,cut into small pieces
1/2 tbsp coriander powder
1/2 tbsp chilli powder
1/8 tsp turmeric powder
2cm ginger,chopped
2 garlic,chopped
5-6 tbsp water
Salt to taste
For tempering(A)
1 big onion,finely sliced
4 dry chili,broken
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
1/2 tsp ulutham parupu
2 stalk kari leafs
3 tbsp oil
1. Heat the oil add A and fry until the onions are light brown, add in the ginger and garlic paste fry until the raw smells disappear.
2. Add in the ladies finger,powders,salt and water stir fry until cook. Serve with rice.
