BROWN SUGAR HALWA

BROWN SUGAR HALWA


150gm tang meen flour

125gm brown sugar

2 tbsp sugar,or to taste

10gm cardamon,remove skin and pounded.

600ml water or coconut milk

80-100gm ghee

A pinch of salt

Cashewnuts


1. Mix water or coconut milk with brownsugar,flour,salt,cardamon powder and sugar.

2. Cook over a low heat until the it becomes thick. Add the ghee little by little until it leaves the side of the pan.

3. Pour in a tray and let it cool. Garnish with the cashewnuts. Before cutting it into pieces.

Note: You can add in some chopped cashwenut into the halwa if you like.
