1 tsp baking powder,sifted with the flour
100gm caster sugar
1. 21cm +11cm cake tin,lightly greased and arrange the pineapple sliced and cherries in the bottom of the tin.
2. Beat the butter and sugar until light and creamy,add eggs one at a time and continue beating.
3. Fold in the flour alternately with the pineapple and the milk.
4. Pour the batter into the cake tin and bake in a preheated oven 180c for 30- 45 mints or till done.
