ANCHOVICES FRIED WITH TEMPEH



ANCHOVICES FRIED WITH TEMPEH

300 gm tempeh,cut into small cubes and deep fried till golden.

70 gm anchovices,wash and fried till crispy

100 gm peanuts,fried

2 tbsp tamarind juice

11/2 tbsp sugar

Salt if needed

Oil

Grind to a paste:

10 dry chilis,soaked and seeds remove

5 shallots

4 garlic

1 cm belacan

1. Heat oil and add in the grind paste and fry till oil rise. Add in the tamarind juice and sugar mix well.

2. When the oil rise again add in the tempeh,peanuts and anchovies and mix well. Fry until dry. Serve with rice.
