SALTED EGG SALAD



SALTED EGG SALAD

4 salted egg, boil until cook and cut into haft and scoop up the egg and cut.

1/2 cup tamarind juice

2 tbsp brown sugar

1/2 tsp chili powder

1/4 tsp cornflour

Mix the tamarind juice,sugar,chili powder and cornflour. Cook over a low heat bring to a boil. Remove from the heat and let it cool. Don't add any salt because the egg is salty.

1 big onion,finely sliced

1 red chili,finely sliced

1 green chili,finely sliced

You can add in bird eye chilies if you like it very hot. I add two kind of a chili for the colour only. Now mix all together before serving.
