10 eggs,boil till cooked and remove the skin,if you like you can fry till light brown.
4-5 tbsp tomato sauces
Salt to taste
¾ cup water
Chopped coriander leaves
¼ cup oil
Blend to a paste
20 dry chili,remove seeds and soaked
2 cm belacan
1. Heat the oil and when it is hot add in the blend paste and fry till the oil rise.
2. Add in the tomato sauce and mix well add in water and let it boil.
3. When the oil rise and the gravy is thick add in the salt. Mix and add in the eggs mix well and cook. Till the rise and the gravy is thick. Remove from the heat and add in coriander leaves.
