FRIED PUMKIN WITH BELACAN

FRIED PUMKIN WITH BELACAN

300gm pumkin,cut into cubes

20 prawns,remove the skin

4-3 tbsp tamarind juice,or to taste

1 red chilies,cut

1 green chilies,cut

1 cup water

3 tbsp oil

Salt to taste

Grind (A)
60gm onion
10 chilli padi (birdeye chilies)
2cm belacan
1 tbsp oysters sauce
A bit of sugar

1. Heat oil and add A fry until fragrant, add water and let it boil,add salt.

2. Add in the pumkin,chillis,prawns and tamarind juice stir fry until dry and pumkin is cooked.
