EGGLESS MOIST CHOCOLATE CAKE
Preheat oven 180c and grease and flour a 18cmx10cm
tin.
(A)
170gm plain flour
20gm cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
200gm caster sugar
1/2 tsp salt
(B)
40gm sunflower oil or any light oil
1 tsp vanila
1 cup water
(B)
1 tbsp vinegar
For the frosting
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup condensen milk
1 tsp butter
1.Sift A add mix with sugar and salt in a bowl.
2. Add B and beat until smooth and mix in the vinegar last.
3. Pour in the tin and bake until done about 40-45 mint.
To make the frosting
Combine the cocoa powder,milk and butter in the top double boiler and cook until thick. Spread warm mixture over the top of the slighty cooled cake.
