SCRAMBLED TAU FOO


SCRAMBLED EGG


250 gm hard tau foo,scramble and keep
keep aside.

1 big onion,finely sliced

1 small green chili,finely sliced ( I use red and green chilies )

2 garlic,chopped finely

2 cm ginger,chopped finely

1/2 tsp mustard seeds

1 stalk kari leaves,

oil

Salt to taste


1. Heat the oil and add in the mustard seeds,onion,chili,garlic,ginger and kari leaves.

2. Fry until the onion turn soft. Add in the tau foo and salt and stir fry until dry. Remove from the heat and serve with rice.
