KERABU SARDINE
1 big tin sardin,open and pour out in a pan.
2-1 big onion,finely sliced
2-3 green chilies,finely sliced
1 small bunga kantan.finely sliced. optional
Tamarind or lime juice to taste
A little water
Salt to taste
1. Mix tamarind juice or lime juice with the sardine and add a little water heat up to boil. Remove from the heat and let it cool.
2. Add in the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Serve with rice.
Note: You can cooked a little longer if you don't like the raw smell.
