HALWA
(A)
150gm tang meen flour
250gm sugar,or to your taste
A pinch of salt
600ml water
70gm chopped cashewnuts
10 cardamons,seeds pounded
Green food colouring.

80-100gm ghee
1. Mix A in a pan and stir over a low heat. Until it became a bit thick.
2. Keep stirring, adding the ghee every now and then. Stir until the halwa leaves the side of the tin.
3. Put in a tray and when cool cut into squares.
