250 gm kangkung ( water convolvulus )
20 gm anchovies
1 big onion,slices
2 red chilis,sliced
1/2 ikan bilis stock cube,optional
1 litre water
2 tbsp oil
Salt to taste
1. Heat the oil and add in the onion,garlic,chili and anchovies fry until fragrant.
2. Add in the kangkung and mix well. Pour in the water and add in the salt and ikan bilis cube.
3. Let it came to a boil. server hot with rice.
